Had the drive 60 miles to get and oil change on a car with only 7200 miles!! Your service was excellent, but there should be some kind of effort to make up to customers that buy your vehicles and end up with no one in there area to maintain and service the cars they buy!!

We would like to sincerely thank the great folks at the Jim Shorkey Chrysler Repair department for rescuing us on our road trip from Washington, DC to Michigan for the summer! Our vintage PT Cruiser Woody (which we consider to be part of the family 😍) had a problem on the highway and, luckily for us, we were able to barely drive it over to Jim Shorkey’s Chrysler dealership. We were familiar with their quality repair work, having accessed it a few years ago. They did a wonderful job repairing our car and everyone was so nice. From Dave, who kindly coordinated the entire process, to the skilled technician who fixed our car, to the lovely gentleman who cleaned the car and made it look beautiful (and even cleaned and shined the chrome wheels!!) they were all really great! While we certainly hope to avoid future car trouble, we are happy to know that such an outstanding place exists and we thank everyone sincerely for your help. In a world where these days we hear so much about people who are not so nice it was great to experience the kindness of the service department folks at Jim Shorkey! Best, Bille and Sue

Diann, Josh, and the rest of the service team are outstanding. My first meeting with Diann was due to an emergency situation, sidewall tear in my tire, leaving me stranded. Being the early days of a new-model car, no one had a tire. Diann stepped in with a "I can't have a FIAT driver off the road for the weekend!" and pulled a tire from one of her inventory cars and got me on my way. Since then, I've returned to Kings for all my servicing - not just my 500, but all my vehicles. I had a bit of trouble with some servicing for my wife's Honda and took it to Diann for a second opinion. She eliminated some unnecessary repairs and cut my estimate from the the other dealer down to more than half off, and it was faster and more convenient. Diann and Josh always get me scheduled, work done, and out the door in no time, no fuss, no muss - just the way it should be. Highly recommended without reservation.
