My car would not start on Monday February 17 and had a hard time using jumper cables due to battery location on my Escape. After multiple tries finally started. The battery was very low and I called the service department. Michelle immediately helped me and provided me an appointment for next morning. I drove my car directly to dealer while running. Renee Gerber was so helpful as I explained had 2 medical appointments next day. They replaced my battery and delivered my car back to me in record time! Thanks to the amazing service department. Thank you

We just moved to the area and my husband had a recall on his truck. We called them and they got us in for the recall. When we got there to have the recall taken care of my husband asked if by chance they could just go ahead to do the oil change and tire rotation on it while we were there. They told us NO PROBLEM! They got the recall done, oil change done and tire rotation done and even washed the truck, all in about 45 minutes!!!! Super nice people and they definitely know how customer service is suppose to be!!! Thank you!!!

When I arrived at Spritzer Ford for my service appointment, Lindsey Valentine greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. I told her I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. She advised me that at 15,000 miles I might want to have a fuel induction service done. I would not have thought about that, but decided to have that done as well. She also asked if I would like to have my vehicle washed at no extra charge. Of course I said "yes"!🙂 She was informative,pleasant and professional. As it took some extra time for the fuel induction service, she kept me informed of the progress. The service department was very clean and well kept. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a free cup of coffee! This was an overall pleasant experience Although I live over an hour away, I definitely will return to Spritzer Ford for service. Thank you, Lindsey!👍

Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.

Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

Each employee is well-trained, personable and professional, with that vital extra of friendliness. In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!). His patience and expertise are unmatched! Without exception, every experience I've had with each department at Buckeye Ford has been a blessing!
