On our most recent visit Amanda was extremely helpful communicating with us regarding the progress of the work being done. She also made sure that the technician sent us a video overview of the work being done on the Honda as well as what maintenance we should prepare for in the future. When I encountered transmission issues 200 miles away, Bobby went above and beyond by promptly finding me a nearby dealership.
