I bought a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label in Florida while on vacation and drove it home! Took it to Lincoln of Cincinnati and received great and accommodating service. I made some friends. I'm sorry I can not say the same for Englewood Ford who was anxious to sell but follow up nearly did not exist. I still cannot get a call back though I left many messages. But Colin at Lincoln of Cincinnati has made the last several weeks bearable and enjoyable with his kindness, understanding and constant help to guide me through this transaction. I also met Amy the newest member of their team who is top shelf in personal relations. A shout out to Roger in service for his amiable ways and care. I must say Colin was the best at what he does and I will continue as a fan of Lincoln of Cincinnati. We will do business in the future I am sure and all of this is the result of someone willing to help a customer with a problem and all I did was get a warrantee detail on my car. Every business has problems on occasion but I am confident this dealership will go to great lengths to solve it in a fair and equitable manner. Love the people and their kindness to me!
