RUN!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! I purchased a car for my youngest TWO weeks ago for $3500. After ONE WEEK the fly wheel failed and we were quoted $2300 to fix it. I called the owner, Brad, and explained that the car wasn't even driven for two weeks to see if we could come to an agreement...basically said, too bad.

This is the only dealership that in my 51 years that treated me like family for real. I came in the door a stranger - a customer. However somewhere between coming in and my final purchase agreement I and they became family. They are there for the customer all the way. Sims Mitsubishi treats you like you matter and what's concerning matters. This is the best dealer I have ever experienced and even though I live 4 hours a way I will be back to buy my next car. If you're hard up for a vehicle they have the right program for you where they put you on a vehicle that breaks down constantly then I asked you what you did wrong to it in the end you end up giving the vehicle back to them because you're so frustrated the vehicle goes to auction sells for nothing the dealership takes you to court to get the rest of their money that's how this dealership makes their money and the whole time everybody in that dealership is acting like your best friend while they're stabbing you in the back.

Problem with transmission from day one,seat belts cut. Couldn't find issue to fix transmission and won't go the 50/50 to help fix it because they couldn't find the problem and said the company that does work for them couldn't either. Problem is it was looked at by a transmisssion shop who said it needed rebuilt or changed and that was ignored but they paid to have him look at it. Now the transmission has to be replaced or rebuilt at our expense only and it has been an continual problem. We were told by an Police officer it should have never been sold with seat belts that way we only got silence we they were told and now we have to see they get replaced to be legal. The salesman was and is awesome but he can only do as his boss allows. We love the truck itself and they aren't easy to find. We said that we would go back when we got ready for another truck again but once the truck was ours things changed service wise and our attitudes have changed.

After reading other reviews, I was a little skeptical. The team seemed competent and mostly honest, you can never say for certain. As always, buyer beware...but beware of not doing your own research! Dealers always represent the clean cars as having been well maintained so you should always be skeptical. We drove 2 cars and the Nissan was a definite no, but the Malibu was a strong maybe.

We just happened across the place as we were car shopping all over between Cincinnati and Dayton. He was a nice guy, reasonably priced, good decent cars. Didn't give us the run around that others had done. Very honest and by the book. We will be back there next time we need a car.
