He comes back and tells me I need to replace my timing belt and water pump. I say no thanks, I'll do it later and I pick up my tab. $3500!!! And 3/4 of it was for labor! I was royally pissed! I almost ripped the poor guys head off!

I took my car to the small dealership I bought it from and told them the story. They replaced my timing and serpentine belt for free.

I'll never go there for service again!
