I had a terrible experience with Northcutt Body Shop. The first time I picked up my car, the work was incomplete there were holes in the bondo, primer still showing, and the headlights hadn't been adjusted (I couldn't see at night at all). The front bumper cover was glued to the headlights just to hold it in place, the body gaps didn't line up, the door grommets weren't reinstalled, and the new mirror rattled while driving.
When I took it back, they admitted the headlight they installed was broken and couldn't be adjusted. They ordered a new headlight, bumper cover, and mirror. After the second repair, there were still major issues: areas were left unpainted, the mirror didn't match the other side, the auto high beams dont work, dirt was in the paint, and scratches appeared in spots they had just painted a week earlier.
I went to the dealership body shop expecting better quality and service, but instead, they blamed the problems on the insurance company. That does not excuse poor workmanship, unfinished repairs, or failure to properly adjust headlights.
