I had a terrible experience with Northcutt Body Shop. The first time I picked up my car, the work was incomplete there were holes in the bondo, primer still showing, and the headlights hadn't been adjusted (I couldn't see at night at all). The front bumper cover was glued to the headlights just to hold it in place, the body gaps didn't line up, the door grommets weren't reinstalled, and the new mirror rattled while driving. When I took it back, they admitted the headlight they installed was broken and couldn't be adjusted. They ordered a new headlight, bumper cover, and mirror. After the second repair, there were still major issues: areas were left unpainted, the mirror didn't match the other side, the auto high beams dont work, dirt was in the paint, and scratches appeared in spots they had just painted a week earlier. I went to the dealership body shop expecting better quality and service, but instead, they blamed the problems on the insurance company. That does not excuse poor workmanship, unfinished repairs, or failure to properly adjust headlights. I would not recommend Northcutt Body Shop to anyone and will be sharing my experience with other

Exceptional service is the "norm" for SW - Lindae

I have always received exceptional at SW. They are polite, friendly and always courteous, which is why I continue to buy my cars from them even though they are located in Paul's Valley and I'm in Oklahoma City. They advertise free oil changes and they mean it. As I own a diesel, oil changes are quite expensive. But what keeps me doing business with SW, is the curb side pick up and delivery of my vehicle and always a loaner vehicle to drive. I don't know of another dealership hat offers this kind of service.

I cannot find a way to comment on my original post, but I can say: Wilson's made it right. After all was said and done, they actually took a loss on the new (to us) vehicle we purchased, along with giving us 4k over actual trade in value on the cadillac that my initial review was written about. It was a week long process that involved driving two separate vehicles for a few days (which I loved that they let us do!), and it paid off. We used a 3rd party mechanic to look over the vehicle we liked, and it checked out flawlessly. We worked with Chris Mann and Trey. They went above and beyond to make things right and I LOVE my traverse. Not a single issue with it so far and we've had it 4 months. I told them if they could right their wrong, I'll buy all of my vehicles there and I meant it. They regained my trust and my business. I am not sure what changed in the 2 years from my initial purchase, but I am glad I gave them another chance!
