The service department is without a doubt the best I have done business with. Oil changes down to engine repair or cosmetic touch ups have been attended to with utmost clarity. The service manager treats me like my voice is important and wants to see me 100% satisfied before I leave. He is upfront on all aspects of your car and gives you the best recommendations . Brought in my Honda to service and Josh Phillips helped me, they checked my car over within 20-30 mins! They fixed the bottom splash guard that was hanging down and even checked my air pressure in my tires and fluid levels. They were extremely efficient and kind and made service recommendations, but we not pushy. They made the process so comfortable and easy. Thank you!

The service staff is knowledgeable, courteous and provided excellent service. They also did extra little things that most service places would not have even given a thought to do. They went above and beyond my expectations. I have had my vehicles worked on at other places and had long waiting periods and the people treated me as though they didn't even want my business. That wasn't the case with the Nissan service department. I have already made an appointment for more work to be done.
