Once my car was done he told me that the repair was going to be more than quoted originally.....I said ok....he also forgot to replace the battery in my key....I said ok.....then I noticed that the car hadn't been washed like promised! So I asked about it and pointed out all of the signs around the dealership. He told me that "maybe next time I should call for an appointment". I then said that the signs said nothing about needing an appointment....he replied that "well I don't have anyone here to do it, so sorry"

I run car dealerships and if any of my employees treated our customers like I was treated today.....they would be let go.
