I arrived for my appointment for an oil change and he took care of it immediately. Didn't even have to wait long. Love that I also get a free car wash! Stay away from this dealership if you value your time and money. There is a bunch of con artists and liars that work here. They will smile at you and lie to you at the same time. I will be contacting an attorney and taking legal action against this dealership. I bought a 2024 GMC Denali paid $80,000 for a truck. The cameras have not worked on the truck correctly. Which means I can’t use all the features of the truck. I paid $10,000 extra just for the super cruise. I can’t even use that feature. You will be hearing from me again! I’m taking it to another dealership to get it fixed correctly. Stay away from these people!

This dealership ALWAYS provides very fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. They never try and sell you on anything they just let you know what is available in case you might be interested. Something that most dealerships seem to forget is cleanliness, both in the cars they service and most importantly - the dealership itself. When the windows are washed, the floor is clean, the staff is neatly dressed, and the overall appearance of the place is neat, clean, and uncluttered, it gives a sense of order that these folks know what they are doing and can get things done correctly. Always a pleasure to bring my vehicles in for repairs or servicing.

Took my 2020 Silverado to Gary Gruner to have a switch replaced and computer recalibrated after another dealership put oversized tires on the truck and failed to recalibrate the computer. The service manager, Tony Denny said the software that to be downloaded from GM to recalibrate the computer. After about 5 hours, Tony told me it might be awhile and gave me a loaner car and asked me to come back the next day. The download took 24 hours. Tony apologized for the delay and discounted the fee for the recalibration. The switch was replaced and I was on the road. This service is what I expected from a dealership and will continue to give them my business.

I called ahead and scheduled an oil change; upon my return from a pleasant walk about; I discovered the service man saw my note to self on the dash to replace the rear brake lights- which I forgot to tell them about, but purchased on the walkabout. They had completed the oil Change just as I returned and offered to install the bulbs I had in hand! How sweet was that! The Oil Change was so comprehensive - and the service was so helpful; I immediately scheduled my next visit! Thank you Krys for your helpful service!

Power Windows - VW

Where is experiencing problem with passenger side windows from the master switch on my VW Tiquan. VW service inspected problem and determined the main module had to be replaced. The service techs were very helpful and courteous and my car windows are working great.
