We brought our 2015 Fiat into Lithia Fiat of Eugene OR for service and to get an estimate for fixing the dash lights. Well the service department was wonderful, not only did we get our Fiat serviced in record time but we were contacted in the waiting room to ensure we were comfortable while waiting. We were also offered a snack for free. The service people were great, a part was needed to fix our dash lamps and they took all the necessary information down so they could order the necessary parts to repair our dash lights, now we are simply looking forward to a time when the dealer and us can get the parts installed. We bought our Outback from Lithia Subaru a number of years ago, before moving to Central Oregon. We have had nothing but issues with the dealership over here. They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!

I have always been treated very well here at the dealership the service department goes the extra mile to take care of customers even if they purchased their car else where. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

I bought me Cross sport in 2020, I have no complaints about the salesman or service. Today I called to get a new fob, I was quoted 305.00 for the Fob, and over 200.00 to program. Total over 500.00, Really?? I just contacted and ordered the same Fob from Salem VW, the price of the Fob was 181.00 and 99.00 to program. I understand needing to make a profit, but this is unbelievable. The parts employee was very nice, but the prices were out of touch, and not competitive.

These guys are great. Nicole in Service single handedly brought me back by being professional kind respectful and helpful and knowledgeable. I hated this old dealer and quit going there after buying 2 cars and getting service there but the old sales dept gouged and I didn’t trust the service department. It seems they have new owners and new employees. After speaking with Nicole who has only been there 2 years I felt confident again that I would be treated well and my car well cared for. I took it for an over due service and they have turned me back to using them again. I am so thankful because having a local dealer is so much easier and freeing. Thank you Nicole the dealership owes you a bonus and I hope they keep you.

They lied and withheld info to get us financing, THEN let us driveoff the lot AFTER they took the plates off ( we were not aware) They never informed us that they were taking the plates and WE needed to buy new ones, and that was just the beginning. TERRIBLE customer service. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!
