I had an appointment at your service area yesterday, 2-22-2025 for my 2016 KIA Soul EV. Soon after the car was in, Tess came to talk to me about an upgrade. I am 81 years old now, and my car gets driven only about 100 miles a month, and it drives quite good. So I am happy with it. Anyway, Tess came and talked to me, and we had a good talk. I had my own business for decades and I know a great employee when I see one. I don't see a purpose for getting a new car at this time. But she was good at talking with me, and I appreciate that. The 5-stars above are for her and for your business for having employees who do their jobs well like Tess does. (In regard to the cost of the service, it was given to me 3 times by various people, not Tess; first was lowest, second was higher, and the final bill was still higher. I paid, but it was annoying.)

While on vacation along the Oregon coast, we suffered a break-in that included smashing the passenger window. Although Coos Bay Toyota was completely booked, they found away to schedule us for the replacement of the window. I am forever thankful to them for helping us salvage our vacation. Alex and James once again pulled through on their words. I brought my car in for an oil change and check on the brakes. They found out that the rotors needed to be replaced. Long story short, they covered it free of charge. All of it. Brakes ands rotors, free! I bought my second hand from Dick’s about three months ago so I thought it’ll be fair to ask for a discount and after speaking with Alex, he reassured me that a discount is very possible. Then the sales manager, James got involved because they all remembered me, which was really cool of them. James then spoke with the top dog, Wayne who then decided to make the whole thing free! What?! Who does that nowadays?! Dick’s does. Everyone from sales to service center and management, just top notch service. Service center was short handed but they didn’t make any promises they couldn’t keep. We set a date and everyone pulled through. I’m coming back for my next car. I keep my word also. Wink wink.

I was in a bit of a bind, and was able to stop in on a urgent, almost emergency, visit this last Saturday. Karissa, if I remember correctly, from service was amazeballs, and so was the tech. I squeezed in for a safety check on my brakes I had just replaced Wednesday at my local Mazda, 4 hours away. I had really bad brake smell, like burning brakes, not good. The tech had 20 hours or so of work, but again, they squeezed me in right at his lunchtime. I also was in a time crunch to make it to my granny's 100th birthday, an hour away. Turns out, the brake cable tension wasn't right, and the tech adjusted things, no charge and got me on my way. I honestly cannot say enough about how much of a god send they were. Seriously, I need to send cookies or something. And they potentially saved my life, as well as others.
