The same two parts guys who sold me an in-stock $300+ trim part a month ago refused to accept the return of the part when I was unable to remove the old part. It was in the factory packaging but I didn’t have the receipt. Their computer showed the sales of the item and would have shown my purchase if they wanted to provide even basic customer service. Even though this is a small dealership in a relatively rural area, the service department here is absolutely top-notch. Armando is a wonderful service advisor who is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have service techs who've been there for 20+ years working on Honda vehicles, and that experience shows. They already saved me money ($900+) on repairs that were misdiagnosed by larger corporate dealerships, and they did those repairs faster and were more communicative and transparent throughout the process. I've had some of the smoothest experiences here out of any dealership I've been to, and I trust them more too.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences with a car dealership.Service department will not answer the phone or return calls, and I mean not at all. Took my car in for air conditioner service,had appointment for 10:15 and said they would call when it was done, guess what no call I finally called them at 2:00 surprise no answer did not return my call. So I go to get my car and it is not done, I was informed it needed a part that was not originally quoted, but you guessed it no one called me to get authorization for the new quote. Will never use Klamath Subaru again.
