The same two parts guys who sold me an in-stock $300+ trim part a month ago refused to accept the return of the part when I was unable to remove the old part. It was in the factory packaging but I didn’t have the receipt. Their computer showed the sales of the item and would have shown my purchase if they wanted to provide even basic customer service. Very disappointed in Jkm Fisher Volvo.

Even though this is a small dealership in a relatively rural area, the service department here is absolutely top-notch. Armando is a wonderful service advisor who is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have service techs who've been there for 20+ years working on Honda vehicles, and that experience shows. They already saved me money ($900+) on repairs that were misdiagnosed by larger corporate dealerships, and they did those repairs faster and were more communicative and transparent throughout the process. I've had some of the smoothest experiences here out of any dealership I've been to, and I trust them more too.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences with a car dealership.Service department will not answer the phone or return calls, and I mean not at all. Took my car in for air conditioner service,had appointment for 10:15 and said they would call when it was done, guess what no call I finally called them at 2:00 surprise no answer did not return my call. So I go to get my car and it is not done, I was informed it needed a part that was not originally quoted, but you guessed it no one called me to get authorization for the new quote. Will never use Klamath Subaru again.

Great service! Fast, efficient and friendly customer service. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I did not have to wait to check in. All in all, it was a much better experience than I have experienced with other dealerships.

Watched my car go down for a oil change and those guys are no joke about express service! Those guys are moving down there! Watched them rotate my tires and check my brakes all under 10 minutes hard working crew xxxxxxto those guys! I have always been treated very well here at the dealership the service department goes the extra mile to take care of customers even if they purchased their car else where. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!
