My first luxury car buying experience was top notch from the first phone call setting an appointment at Genesis of Conshohocken to meeting my sales agent Ross Burns, who was incredibly respectful, informative, and patient as he was peppered with countless questions about my selection of a 2026 GV80. The showroom is impressive, the entire staff is friendly, and I felt very comfortable negotiating my purchase. More than a week into owning my GV80, I am convinced that the 6 months of research of a new car and my selection was spot on! The drive to the showroom was worth it and I am looking forward to many happy years of ownership of my Genesis. If you happen to be so lucky to have Ross as your sales agent, rest assured that you are in capable and good hands! Excellent communication and top notch service.

Chris has been awesome to work regarding G90. Timely updates and working with the warranty company for parts approval have been great. I look forward to the actual move of the Bowser Genesis service including Chris to the new Monroeville location so they can become the home base for servicing me and my wife's Genesis.

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. There was a deal agreed to with Sales Mgr Cat Verbich approx 2:45pm 9/4/2025 for a CPO 2021 GV80. Was told I would receive a call for a deposit and finance app. I waited and waited. Cat left at 4pm that day and no one called me. I decided to call in the morning and Cat was off for the day. I was told that the initial salesperson would be in at noon so no one involved with the deal was available. I asked if I could just leave my deposit until someone was available. It was at that time that I was informed that the car sold around 5pm the previous night. I was furious. How could the car sell when a deal was reached and there was record of it once the person on the phone looked into it. I did everything I was supposed to and feel completely let down, frustrated, angry. The car buying process is already draining and frustrating without experiences like this. This car was mor than $6k cheaper than any other CPO in the nation with this color/trim combo. Completely unbelievable.

Hanak Ilbak was professional, helpful and patient. Although, this location did not have the car we were looking for, he was able to help us identify which model to purchase and remained available to answer questions that we had. I'd recommend Hanak if you are searching for a car.

Sale of second hand Genesis went well. - Bailjumper

Sale of second hand Genesis went well. However, service became quite a pain, to the point of having to cease dealing with dealership. I live over 2 and 1/2 hours away. Made appointment for spark plug replacement, which requires intake manifold to be removed. Drove to dealership for service, was told service can not be completed..... NO PARTS! Called a Hyundai dealer close to home, was told to come in. This call made right in front of service department. Have not been beck. This was over four years ago.
