Yet again this service department has proven that they are not only truly professional but also understand the fundamental that JLR owners are very individual and they go over and beyond to take that into account in their interactions with us, their customers. I took my truck in for what we hoped would be a quick job, but they quickly realised they needed extra parts and put me in a loaner before I could blink so that my day wasn't disturbed unduly.

Had my 2000 S-Type towed to Bennett Jaguar in Allentown... - Gene B
Had my 2000 S-Type towed to Bennett Jaguar in Allentown after it let me sit. Was told the car needed a whole new fuse box because of corrosion causing short, plus blown diode in fuel pump circuit. Cost for new box would be $7000.00 because it came with wiring harness for the entire car. This did not include labor. I had the car towed home and my inspection as an electronic engineer showed no corrosion in the fuse box and the diode was not blown. After purchasing a maintenance manual I diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump. I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter at a cost of $120.00 and the car runs fine. Cost for dealer non-diagnosis $233.20 plus $120.00 to get the car hauled home.
I had an oil change on my 911 C4 within the last month!... - p944s1987
I had an oil change on my 911 C4 within the last month! It was a very good experience. During the visit I was able to relax in the lounge and even go out and talk with the tech, look under the car and ask questions. I called to schedule this appoint first thing in the morning and was able to get in and out in about 1 ½ hours which was great.
