Dan was great with inspection, tire rotation and an oil change. The cost was pretty comparable to other service centers. And I guess everybody's jumping on the 3% bandwagon if you use a credit card to pay. Thank goodness I had a check! Lon savage is a nice salesman also! Thanks Dan.

UPDATE OF REVIEW ON AUGUST 16TH. Met with GM at Sun Chevy. He had already reviewed my concerns and had found that a input error had caused the overpricing. A mutually agreed credit will be issued. Have to give Sun credit for stepping up, admitting the error and taking positive action. Sun Chevy will continue to by my go to service center for my GM cars.

When everything was done Mr. Steve came & talk to me about my service that was done on the car & also my concern about my passenger back right tirer. He also was very knowledgeable when given me Tirer information & where the pressure of the tires should have when driving. What I loved about Mr. Steve personality is he was very pleasant, smile on his face greeting when I came & when he walk me to my car & gave me the keys when the work was completed. Also, he said if I have any issue with the car or tirers, feel free to contact him or the deal ship back. He gets the employee of the day. Rate Mr. Steve 100 in my book & would refer a friend or family member to Faulkner Dealership.

This dealership is second to none!!! All the employees I encountered were so kind and helpful. The maintenance I had done was done quickly and efficiently. The techs performed the service as though he/she was working on his own vehicle. I wish I could have dealt with this dealership when I was in the market for a used subaru. I would have purchased a better vehicle and would have been treated like a customer and friend of the dealership, instead of being insulted and mistreated at the dealership where I made my purchase.
