5 Stars – Outstanding Service, Time After Time I recently brought in my 10-year-old Tahoe for service at Abeloff GMC, and once again, they delivered an outstanding experience. The entire staff and Jenny my service writer was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly takes pride in their work. Even with an older vehicle, they treated it with care and attention as if it were brand new. Their service department is efficient, honest, and communicative — qualities that are increasingly rare. It’s clear they value long-term relationships, not just transactions. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend Abeloff GMC for anyone looking for trustworthy and top-quality service. This is why I have using Abeloff for more than 25 years.

Not the dealer it once was! - Euro

Not the dealer it once was! Had previously done excellent work for preventive maintenance and repairs. NOW: will not honor long-time commitment for lifetime oil changes. What else has failed? New owner/manager expects customers to keep the paperwork he threw out when taking over. Now he is "taking" the customers that once came. Not me - I'm done with Brown-Daub Kia! He will find out that it is harder to get a new customer than to keep one - and every one lost is multiplied by the bad publicity he created for himself.

terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, they said they could get me tires that I had to pay for.. .xxxxxxxx! they screwed them up they should replace them..... I would never buy another vehicle from them. they don't have a diesel tech, I had to go to Shorkey in N Huntington for service...I'm done with these condescending service writers who pretend to know all...never again!

3 hours for an oil change and inspection is a little much. When I was promised free inspections for buying there, there should be no fee but they still changed me. I called 4 different times and no one bothered calling back. Will not buy from you again!

I recently visited LN for vehicle service and, although I did not make a purchase this time, I absolutely plan to return thanks to the incredible staff. The service advisors—Coleen, Sarah, Paul, and Allen—were all friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Don, the EM, was especially impressive. He was outgoing and approachable without being pushy. What stood out most was his transparency—he did all the numbers right in front of me, avoiding the usual back-and-forth that I remembered from past car-buying experiences. Overall, the entire visit was comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. The atmosphere made me feel right at home, and I left with full confidence that I’ll be back when it’s time to purchase. Highly recommend!

The service team is always help, kind, courteous and professional. The techs are efficient and skilled at what they do, I never had to second guess if my car was fixed properly after an appointment. Rich from service goes above to make sure that when your car leaves, you are 100% comfortable with the service they preform. He never hesitates to answer any questions. Unlike other car repair places, they don't hassle you into unnecessary purchases.

Since purchasing my 2022 KIA Soul, I have driven it to and lived in three different states. Smail KIA of Greensburg, PA has by far been the best KIA service experience I have had. The service advisors (Taylor and RJ) made the routine maintenance of my KIA, which I’ve always dreaded, as effortless as possible. I came in for an oil change and was sent a progress report video of my vehicle while seated in their waiting area. SoCal, where I bought my car, doesn’t even do that. I also returned at a later date for a recall inspection, which Smail was completely transparent about. A prior dealership in Idaho only mentioned recalls if I did first. Their customer shuttle driver, Ed, even drove me across the street to Dunkin while I waited. We discussed my favorite past time of popular court cases while enroute to a maple glazed donut. So thank you Smail KIA, I’m not buying my next vehicle from anywhere else again.

I was contacted by the Diane from Lexus service center that my car needed the 20,000 mile service. We booked the service appointment for them to pick up my car at my home at 12:45 on Monday. I received an email on Sunday verifying the time and date of pickup. Monday comes at 1:05 no pickup. I call Lexus and speak with John and he says that he will forward this info to my service advisor Rich. NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE. I call back and leave a message for Rich. I finally receive a phone call around 3:45. He explains that my service call "fell through the cracks" and would I like to reschedule. NO I DO NOT! I have wasted my afternoon waiting.

I hope we can get a clarification or credit for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation from the Fred Bean Honda dealership regarding a $513.98 charge for a $5.50 wheel stud replacement. Including an offensive charge of $44.98 listed as “customer pay environment/supplies for repair order”. My local mechanic told me the repair should be around 1-1/2 hours so maybe $150-$175. At Beans Honda the labor hours were not listed just a labor total of $429.95 to install a $5.50 part. This certainly feels like what the president refers to as “greedflation”. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I got a very vague soft reply from management about their concerns for customers but nothing specific like a name to call or a credit voucher…..something tangible. I’ll remove my comments when I feel Beans Honda takes customers reviews seriously. Thanks
