I am a long time customer of ft Washington Volvo and have been happy this weekend Mike Anderson, a Volvo service employee went so above and beyond his job to find me a loaner on a weekend so I could make a family function out of town on 20 minutes notice. Mike recognized me as a long time customer and saved me. I cannot recommend the dealership and its staff more highly. Dawn S.

I got four free services with the purchase of my vehicle, however they won’t take appointments and I stopped in one day at roughly 1:30 for an oil change and was told it was a 2 1/2 hour wait minimum! Not to mention the tonneau cover that I got with my Silverado from them leaks all over the place! As a contractor it’s tough when your tools are ruined or constantly rusty because you paid over a $1000 bucks for something that really doesn’t give you protection at all! I sure won’t be going back there anymore

Nick, my Service Advisor, made the oil change on my 2019 Honda Civic a breeze! My car was "in and out" in a timely fashion, and the technicians looked-over other parts of my car. Nick's professionalism and sincerity is much appreciated. Job well done to Nick and to Washington Honda. I do not trust my Honda to anyone else! Geoff
