They installed a defective part in my wife's car that had to be replaced the next day at another Ford dealer. Despite being provided the invoices for both replacements, they refuse to reimburse for the part or even return a phone call or email. Once you leave their lot, you are on your own.

TRI STAR DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTIES. Purchased several Chevy vehicles BEFORE dealership purchased by TRI STAR. Last vehicle purchased BEFORE public was aware that Centennial had been sold twice since 2017. Three warranties purchased for the Chevy in 2017. Vehicle has less than 24,00 miles. Recent issue with vehicle (not specifically known at this date.) Not known? TRISTAR REFUSED TO HONOR WARRANTY. Their "discretion" to REFUSE. GO FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Tri star Indians service group are always very friendly... - Lewie
Tri star Indians service group are always very friendly and pleasant to work with. They and are very accommodating to schedules. Due to current Covid regulations and my place of employment, I am very limited to days I can go into the office. My inspection was up and the end of the month of August and they were able to squeeze my car in for inspection on the only day I could go into the office. That helped me tremendously as I didn’t have to schedule time off of work to get my car inspected. Not only did they squeeze it in, they did it without hesitation and still had my car back to me within an hour!
