My 2014 Ram 1500 had 250,000 miles on it and needed a cam and lifters. Aaron guided me through the quote and replaced my motor with a minimum of disruption in my schedule. I was given a great loaner that fit my needs. I received my truck a day earlier than promised. Aaron was honest and eager to please in all aspects of the service project. Susquehanna has earned my respect and business moving forward.

I brought my car in for a few issues twice in the last two weeks. Each time I was lucky enough to deal with Mckenzie Durham in the service department. She took the time to go over my issues with me and help me decide the best way to describe them to the service technicians. She was patient and followed up with me multiple times while I was waiting for my car, to give me updates on what was found and to make sure I was ok going forward with the work. She was very cordial and she did it all with a smile on her face. It was probably the best customer service interaction I have had with anyone not just for a car service but for anything that required dealing with a company representative that was providing some type of work, service, etc. for me. Mckenzie would be a prime candidate for a public relations job, I found her extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. Thank you Mckenzie, Bob Fidelibus.

I haven't purchased a car, from BROOKESIDE MOTORS, but that did not stop them from working with me in having my girlfriend’s car repaired (which she did purchase from them). I certainly have to give Chuck, the Service Department and the entire staff my undying gratitude! The car, a 2005 Mini Cooper was purchased in November 2013 and it wasn't until June 2014 that we discovered that the tie-rod assemblies were bad causing the alignment to be out and the tires to wear to the steel bands. After making BROOKESIDE aware of the issue not only did the reimburse half of the purchase price of the new tires, they also had the tie-rod assembles fixed and aligned at their expense! I can't say thank you enough! Chuck went out of his way to communicate with me personally, until I was satisfied! I find it very refreshing that the crew at BROOKSIDE MOTORS didn't hesitate to accept responsibility and do the right thing for my girlfriend. They truly to care about their customers and will absolutely go the distance to satisfy the customer! When it comes time for a car purchase for me or my daughter, I know that I will not have to look any further than to BROOKSIDE MOTORS!

Above and Beyond After the Sale - alries

I had an issue with the clock spring on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Contacted Twin Pine for a warranty claim (purchased the extended warranty) and found out that the clock spring is not a warranty item. I was mad at first, but Jason went to the owner and explained what had happened and that it has only been about 1.5k miles since I bought it. The owner agreed to split the bill with me 50/50 even though he had no obligation to do so. These guys are the real deal and stand behind their commitment to sell exceptional quality used vehicles. I saw some complaining on here about service on items that weren't covered under warranty. The bottom line is this, check the vehicle out carefully, albeit, Twin Pine seems to do a good job of catching things before they go up for sale. If you see a problem, address it before you buy it. Once you find an issue, fix it before it becomes worse. Used cars are just that, USED. No used car is going to be the same as a new car. I knew that, but that is why I saved 16k on a 4 year old vehicle as opposed to spending 16k more to have a new vehicle. Thank You Twin Pine!

Had to have an engine replaced under warranty. Although corporate Hyundai wanted more testing done on the engine before they would approve the replacement, this dealership did provide me a new Hyundai to drive while I waited for the approval. I was in the loaner for 6 weeks at no cost to me. I'd like to thank Bryan, Jim, & Paula for whatever involvement they had in this! Now, have a 2018 with a brand new engine.
