I went in to get a low beam light replaced. It’s a 10 minute job. I was charged $55 for labor. I know dealers charge more but that’s ridiculous.

Unresponsive and rude service department, IF you can find anyone to wait on you. Slow service, takes over twice as long as they estimate every time. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand of car if you live in that area.

My sales person was Roger - and he was about as relaxed-and-no-pressure as you can get, and was exceptional to work with. Also - Any service I've had done there has been a great experience. Car dealership service areas can be stressful, chaotic and NOT pleasant (speaking from experience). Not so at State College Ford/Lincoln. The vibe is TOTALLY different there. I'm not saying they don't get stressed or it doesn't get chaotic, but to us customers, it's really calm there. They are very communicative and I never feel like I'm in the dark about what's going on. Brian and his team of services advisors are excellent. I'm very happy to be a customer of State College Ford/Lincoln.

Went for my 1st oil change there.. 7 hrs later there was oil all over my engine bay of my new car. Took it back for them to correct but wont take ownership of it being their fault. Don’t go here.

One of the things I appreciate most is how convenient they make the process — they offer rides home when I drop off my vehicle, which makes getting service done much easier with my schedule. Plus, they always complete the work in a timely manner without cutting corners. It’s rare to find a dealership where the service department combines skill, efficiency, and genuine customer care, but Rohrich Cadillac does exactly that. Highly recommend!
