I came in person to schedule an appointment to fix broken Antenna Base ... Service Advisor goes to my car, takes a look - clearly sees that antenna base is broken, says we need to order parts - so we fix a date on Saturday few weeks later so that when I came they all, including Antenna Base, are in place to repair... so yesterday, on Friday, I call Service Dept to confirm that the parts are in place - yes, says some lady manning the desk... I came this Saturday only to hear that the Service Advisor never ever ordered that Antenna Base ... the question is what kind of people Shultz hires ? no integrity, no customer care ... for the record, I am customer #395782, refer to invoice #FOCS64186 ... may be instead of spending money on ads you can spend money hiring proper employees
