Returned to the dealership two weeks post-sale. Another positive experience. Had a 30 min session with John, the technology guy about all the vehicle's electronics. He was very helpful in showing me things I had not discovered on my own. They also took my car to re-treat with Zurich shield even though the first coating was perfect (apparently, not perfect enough for them). Provided me a rental car without having me ask for it and gave me a $25 gas card for letting them educate me on my car's electronics (does that make sense....they paid me to come and learn from them?). Spent a few moments talking with Henry before leaving and I felt I wasn't speaking to the general manager of the dealership but moreover, a really good friend. Let me tell you, I am 63 years-old, lived in the Greensburg area since 1985 and have purchased a number of cars since living in the area but this is my first time to Sendell. Not sure how many more car-buying years I have left but God Willing and the creeks don't rise, I will go back and buy my next one from these guys. I would encourage anyone reading this post to do the same. - Gary

I bought a used Odyssey van there. I paid $1800 for a four year warranty. The van is nice but a couple months later the rains came. The security alarm goes off in the middle of the night and sometimes the sliding door window goes down by itself while it’s raining. I checked YouTube and could see that these vans have had these problems for ten years. I took the van back to Shadyside Honda and was informed that their $85 an hour mechanics had 3 hour into it and didn’t know what the problem was.(10 year problem) They wanted to replace a couple parts, costing $1000 and if that didn’t work they were going to try more parts. Of course nothing was covered under the warranty. I went and got the van back after them having it fo 2 and a half months ( shut down) I have to disconnect the battery every night. I also went for my scheduled oil and maintenance change. Right after I got van back the oil was half qt low and the tranny was almost 2 qts low. I asked didn’t they check the tranny fluid. He said they weren’t allowed to put tranny fluid in vehicle. I guess I go to the dentist for that.

I've tried to give this dealership many chances. But I won't be going back there anymore. I've had my F150 there numerous times to fix a known door latch problem that has a TSB out on it, but when its cold the problem still happens despite multiple attempts at fixing it. I sent in feedback through their website saying the problem still exists. Today I get a call from the dealership, saying they were eyeing my truck up when it was in for service and wanted to know if I would bring it in for an offer. The only reason I answered the phone was because I thought they were reaching out to me to correct my issue based on my feedback. Instead, it was a solicitation call! I was asked if I wanted to be transferred to the service department and I said sure. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I hung up. They play these games here at this dealership, and I'm done with them. I've never seen this behavior at any other dealership, and I've worked with many.

I came in person to schedule an appointment to fix broken Antenna Base ... Service Advisor goes to my car, takes a look - clearly sees that antenna base is broken, says we need to order parts - so we fix a date on Saturday few weeks later so that when I came they all, including Antenna Base, are in place to repair... so yesterday, on Friday, I call Service Dept to confirm that the parts are in place - yes, says some lady manning the desk... I came this Saturday only to hear that the Service Advisor never ever ordered that Antenna Base ... the question is what kind of people Shultz hires ? no integrity, no customer care ... for the record, I am customer #395782, refer to invoice #FOCS64186 ... may be instead of spending money on ads you can spend money hiring proper employees

Al was extremly friendly and not just to me but my whole family. He treated us with so much respect and kindness you would've thought we were related. He is a great employee he really worked so hard to find a car that made me happy. He was great through the whole process and never had a problem when i called him and asked him to get papers and other things together for me. Anyone interested in going to Singhs they prices are awesome, but most importantly ASK FOR AL he is an amazing salesman.
