Twice in a matter of days rodents chewed through wires and hoses on my Jeep. Quigley service took care of the issues both times right away, providing a loaner for the second round repair. We're never disappointed with the service department at Smail Acura. And this visit was no exception. They were more than accommodating when they realized the interior portion of our seat was defective while a recall was being performed. The staff is always professional, patient, kind and understanding. But most importantly, honest. We never feel like we're being taken advantage of. We also had our vehicle inspected. The tech provided a video with details of the inspection, which was more than helpful. We live an hour away but never mind the drive when we know we're dealing with top notch service.

I’ve had my Highlander to multiple service centers - Nataliek.email

I’ve had my Highlander to multiple service centers including other Toyota dealerships and was told there was not a leak in my car that was causing the strong moldy odor in my car. This dealership is the only one that was willing to take the interior of the car completely apart in order to find the leak. They found two leaks in the back of the car that were allowing water to seep in under the carpet of the third row. They then worked with Bactronix to disinfect/kill the mold while the car was disassembled and then they repaired and restored the car. Doug did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the status of the job as they were searching for the cause of the problem as well as when they were fixing the problem. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the work did and would highly recommend them.

We take our MDX and kid's Honda's to Acura of Limerick for service. Always a friendly service staff that finishes the work on time. The dealership waiting area is clean and stocked with snacks, coffee, water and a couple of TVs. You can have your vehicle washed as well. Highly recommend.
