The salespeople use high pressure with a smile. They "fib" about pricing, availability and all sound like good candidates for a politicians job. I did bring my previous vehicle(purchased at Herb Chambers) into Inskip for the free 5K service and various recalls. I was told by my neighborhood mechanic that my tires were wearing unevenly at 15K miles, and maybe a warranty issue. When I brought this up at Inskip, I was assured this was not the case. Pretty funny as I then went to a general tire repair place & they got my tires replaced under the warranty. If you do not buy your car from them, they do not want you to bring in your car for service. At least that's the picture they paint. Some service guys are friendly, one of the salesmen I spoke with was nice enough, but overall, they do not seem like a professional savvy business group. They also make it known that they WILL NOT accept competitor coupons for service or accessories.

The last tech to work on the car, fixing the springs on the heads, didnt bother to 1.)ask if i want to replace the timing belt2.)remove the tensioner pin, causing the timing belt to flap and snap! this happening 9000 miles after being in thier garage for over a month and $3900. later. Now its another $3000. to fix the 33 valves that bent when the belt snaped. Thanks inskip.
