9:00 AM appointment for an oil change and a state truck inspection. Arrived back after never receiving a phone call at 4:00 PM to find no oil change or inspection. As a matter of fact, it hasn’t found its way into the shop yet. Service manager stated a I was not a priority as I was not waiting for the truck. What? Are you kidding me? If that was their policy and I was informed of it, I would have waited. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional answer from the service manager. Horrible loyal customer service. Go somewhere else!

Not only they took care of servicing my car they cleaned it and did a throughout check letting me know there was a couple of things that needed care. They were fast and polite, nd very professional.
