This is a “stakeholder” dealership; every facet of employee and client happiness is part of Langway Toyota & Nissan’s mission statement. I have purchased six vehicles over the years from Mr. Langway and his team, and they are consistently concerned with doing business for a lifetime, not just a single purchase or service visit or a parts dept visit. There are other car brands that I would consider, however the the Langway experience has me loyal to the dealership first, and the brand or model, second and I just don’t think I could go elsewhere. Also, I like going a place where I know the people who work there; that’s another consideration, Mr. Langway’s people have been there for me too; Russ Bauer G.M. and Adam Reeg in sales and the Service Manager Mr. Soares and the factory trained service technicians too, and more names that I am forgetting.
