I had my Grand Cherokee 2024 detailed April 29, 2026. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. They did the detailing job AWESOMELY! I was so moved how beautiful it was done inside and out! I appreciated it so much. I’ll always have my vehicle handled by Aberdeen Chrysler Center and I also bought my Cherokee from them, as well! Thanks Guys!

On our family road trip, our plug-in hybrid minivan had some major issues. Iverson got us in right away and did their best to sort everything out. They were good with communication and had a loaner for us to borrow while we waited for the work to be done. While the fix didn't work in the end, they were kind enough to offer us half of our money back. If we were local, we would have had them finish the job. They asked us to let them know how the repair goes in our hometown so they can use that knowledge next time they see this sort of issue with a plug-in hybrid.

Service department was terrible to deal with very poor communication if u could even get ahold of them had the vehicle in twice first time did not fix the problem and the vehicle was not even there part of the time they were claiming to be working on it verified by the person I had there waiting all day and gps second time was there for two days but gps in our work vehicles and it never even moved or was started up would highly not recommend

I ordered/purchased a new Maverick Lariat from Payton Ramstad. I have been buying vehicles from Einspahr Ford since before he was born. I have known the original owner (Ron) and now his son (Matt) and have received EXCELLENT and FAIR treatment from family and salespeople. It truly has a small-town friendliness environment. In addition, I have been a loyal customer for the Ford Service provided in their Service Department. Since I am a past Professor of Business at the local University, I am very discrete in appraising customer service and have found the Standard at Einspahr to be exceptional! Finally, He is an honest dealer that doesn't play games with the sticker price of the vehicle adding on dealer installed items that you are stuck with weather or not you want them. Seems to be a common practice across many auto retailers. Thank you Einspahr for another great experience!

Liberty Chrysler Jeep in Rapid City, SD gave us an exceptional service experience during a cross-country trip. We arrived around 2:00 PM with our 2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Bernie Sanchez went out of his way to help us even though the shop was short staffed. He truly worked a miracle to get us serviced. Walker Hensley also did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem with our Pacifica. Liberty is the best Chrysler service department we have ever done business with, and if we lived closer, this would be our first choice every time. Too bad we live in Georgia, because this is exactly the kind of place we would always trust with our vehicle.

The owners and managers will go above and beyond to earn your business! I had a wonderful experience with buying my Buick! I had a problem with my previous vehicle, so I took it to Wegners to be fixed. After a half hour of trying to figure out what was wrong they came to me and said that it had something to do with my transmission filter. It was going to need to replace that plus a few other parts that was going to cost me a fortune to do! So I talked to the owner and the manager and they were so sympathetic. They said lets get you in a new reliable vehicle! found me my wonderful buick that i have now for less than what i was paying for my five year old jeep! and they even went the extra mile to find me $500 more than quoted on top of my $3000 in rebates! I was impressed with them completely! they worked their butts off to help me!

They got me in when other nearby dealerships where two days out. They told me what they were going to do, they did it, they claimed warranty. It is really nice to be taken care of quickly and with genuine care. The team did a great job. I travel for work and it has been 10 years since another dealer treated me this well.
