Donte and the group took good care of me. The service and professionalism were nothing short of awesome. When you're there, you're not treated like an everyday customer but more like a family member from the good side. Donte and the staff answered my questions with my best interest at heart and always kept me informed about anything dealing with my RS7. Whenever I had issues, they dropped everything to make sure I was taken care of. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Amending my original bad review. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. Shortly after purchasing, some issues came up. Long story short, after my warranty expired my car experienced a failure that required an expensive fix. This dealership’s management and service department bent over backwards to help get my expired warranty to cover more than half of the expense. The time they took to communicate with me and help me through this frustrating situation was more than helpful. Very thankful to the general manager and my cars service advisor Linda.

If I could give 100 stars I would. We were in the area from out of town and our car had to be towed due to mechanical issues. Anthony from service was AWESOME! Very responsive and got us in and out as fast as he could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
