I have had the pleasure of purchasing 3 Suburbans from Fred Caldwell over the past 10 years. Each experience and interaction I have had has been better that the preceding one. The professionality and honesty that is in their core has been experiend not only by myself but by all those people I have sent their way. A case in point that just occured. I was a victim of hail damage that took place this past April 2011. The process for repair was seamless and easy. Now for the icing on the cake...Just today I have received a reimbursement check from Fred Caldwell as a result of a bookkeeping overpayment. This did not have to be done and candidly, I would never had known the difference. Fred Caldwell Chevrolet is the definition of integrity! Offered by Warren Klugman

Service Department sucks! - Kaluop1025

Service Department sucks! I have talked to the service manager on multiple occasions and he is rude and not helpful. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles here and over the last 2 years it’s gotten worse and worse. Took my 2020 Armada in for oil change and They dented my door on my Nissan Armada $60k vehicle and never told us. We’re picked it up when it was dark and we didn’t see it until the next morning. We took it back and they said oh the mechanic made a note to ask you if that was there , no one asked us anything. 5 days later they got it back to us fixed. We have a 2024 Nissan Altima and took it in today for an oil change and they tell us since we’re over the mileage for our oils change ( we were on vacation in Orlando at Disney for the week when it came on) our powertrain warranty is now expired! But we didn’t have a sticker put in our windshield the last oil change and they didn’t reset it in the vehicle we called the service manager and he said oh sorry I will talk to my staff so we didn’t know it was up until it popped on the actual dash and now our power train warranty is expired. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are all riude and completely unprofessional! Do not buy a car here because the service Department is horrible!!!

Just had my old Subaru repaired (major work) called for a quote and simply got the best service manager I've ever dealt with. Up front with all estimates and had the work done in a timely manner. After several phone calls to other dealers, I decided to go with these people no mater what just because of this managers phone professionalism. Very satisfied with the outcome so far.
