Service Department sucks! I have talked to the service manager on multiple occasions and he is rude and not helpful. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles here and over the last 2 years it’s gotten worse and worse. Took my 2020 Armada in for oil change and They dented my door on my Nissan Armada $60k vehicle and never told us. We’re picked it up when it was dark and we didn’t see it until the next morning. We took it back and they said oh the mechanic made a note to ask you if that was there , no one asked us anything. 5 days later they got it back to us fixed. We have a 2024 Nissan Altima and took it in today for an oil change and they tell us since we’re over the mileage for our oils change ( we were on vacation in Orlando at Disney for the week when it came on) our powertrain warranty is now expired! But we didn’t have a sticker put in our windshield the last oil change and they didn’t reset it in the vehicle we called the service manager and he said oh sorry I will talk to my staff so we didn’t know it was up until it popped on the actual dash and now our power train warranty is expired. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are all riude and completely unprofessional! Do not buy a car here because the service Department is horrible!!!
