We own a RAM 6.7 Cummins Diesel and have had unsatisfactory experiences with service departments at several of the RAM dealers in the Carolinas. We found Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM a few years ago and have had outstanding experiences. Their service department staff embody small town values. They are trustworthy, do quality work, and are extremely fairly priced. Appointments always start on-time and they get us out quickly. They saved us a ton of money on a recent brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing for our dually. We drive an hour to get to Camden/Lugoff, but the drive is worth the time. I don’t trust anyone else to service our truck.

Very happy with the final outcome on the replacement of an AC Condenser unit on my GV80. Had to contact Brett who has always been helpful to get the car dropped off in a reasonable amount of time. Communication on progress was awesome, received a loaner vehicle, Brett went above and beyond as he always does. The repair took a long time, but very pleased with the work which was complicated with having to take the dashboard out to install the part.

I am so thankful for Lugoff Ford! They diagnosed my truck's ECM problem in less than four hours, acquired the part the next day, and then fixed it the day after! I took my truck to Lugoff after my local Ford dealer in Sumter kept my truck for six days with an insufficient diagnosis and solution. Customer service at Lugoff was amazing...my service advisor Rachel was so professional and kept me expertly updated throughout my experience at this location. I highly recommend Lugoff Ford for any vehicle repairs!

I want to thank both Charles in the service department and General Manager Lee Pryor for all of their help with taking care of both my wife and my son’s cars. They helped diagnose the issue with my wife’s Avalon and my son’s Honda Accord. Charles was professional and extremely honest in telling us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs. Charles went up and beyond our expectations for quality service. I am always leery of dealerships but I will bring all 4 of my cars here to get worked on in the future. Everyone is friendly and both the service area and waiting area are spotless. (although they both could use some "updating.") On my last visit, Josh Fowler was my service writer. Amending my original bad review. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. Shortly after purchasing, some issues came up. Long story short, after my warranty expired my car experienced a failure that required an expensive fix. This dealership’s management and service department bent over backwards to help get my expired warranty to cover more than half of the expense. The time they took to communicate with me and help me through this frustrating situation was more than helpful. Very thankful to the general manager and my cars service advisor Linda.
