It had been a rough first year with the service department after purchasing my new Mazda CX90, however now that Riley is there a turn-a-round has occurred within the service department! He has made some changes and holds the service reps. and techs accountable, his leadership has created a better atmosphere not only for the Mazda employees but also for the customers. Max is my service rep, she is amazing! She does exactly what she says she is going to do, if she says she will call you back, she does. That within itself is five star treatment!
If you have had a bad experience in the past, give the Mazda service department another shot, you will be pleasantly surprised! Way to go to Riley and Max for a job well done!
