Took truck in for a short in wiring. Had truck 5 days. Jiggled the wire enough to eliminate the short, but did not fix the short. Already had the bill over $400 and wanted to remove the dash board (more money). Got truck back, cigarette lighter/phone changing port no longer works. Also charged $36 for "shop supplies." Since they didn't fix anything or use any actual supplies, they have agreed to refund that portion of the bill. Said "shop supplies" are automatically added to a bill and should have been removed if no supplies were used. How about only adding the supplies when they are used? No itemization because there are no actual supplies being used. Every vehicle coming into their service center will be charged this fee unless you question it. Then was offered only $3,000 as a trade-in, which is less than 50% of the value of the truck. Con-artists and criminals.

Sales- very good Service- so-so. It was good this time. Terrible last time. Made an appointment for service for recall. Came in for service and was told they didn’t have the parts. They made an appointment for me when parts arrive. Delivered car on Monday and was told car would be ready late Tuesday. Next day no call late in day so called service person the number he gave me and left a voicemail. This was late in afternoon but at least an hour before closing time (1800 hr) No reply! Next day early called again. He apologized that he was off yesterday. Car would be ready later. Mid afternoon he called car was ready. He initially told me car could be ready late today or by lunch time tomorrow. All trust was lost after that visit.

Huge shoutout to Marc Mounts, my amazing service advisor at Honda! I recently got a nail in my tire and Marc was an absolute lifesaver. I called him, and he immediately asked for a picture of the damage. After seeing it, he let me know it couldn't be plugged but was incredibly quick in finding a replacement tire for me and got it ordered right away. Here's where Marc truly went above and beyond: he actually came in on his day off the very next day to make sure my tire was prioritized and taken care of first thing in the morning! As if that wasn't enough, he noticed my car was a bit dirty and took it through the car wash, completely free of charge – just out of kindness. Marc is consistently the best. He’s always so helpful, prompt, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I absolutely love taking my car to Marc and because of his outstanding service, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. David Jourden and Tim Wilson went above and beyond the call on my behalf. I came in with a broken skid plate hanging off the bottom of my 2017 Buick LaCrosse. David quickly identified the problem and asked Tim if he had a replacement part Turns out the skid plate I needed is no longer used by Buick. None were in stock at the dealership. Tim went online and found one with a two-day delivery. When the new skid plate arrived David called me and I came out. The Ssrvice Department hapoened to be short-staffed tha afternoon. David installed the new skid plate for me himself. David and Tim are two gentlemen who went out of their way to help me. I'm sure their customer-centered response to my need is indicative of the responsiveness of the entire Service staff to customer needs. I'm very grateful to David and Tim. Well done! Murray Howard

Though I loved working with my salesperson, I have been very disappointed in Kia Country. The air conditioning in my new 2025 Niro does not work. I was told that a part would have to be ordered and that I would be contacted when the part arrived. Kia never called. After ten days, I called and was told it had arrived seven days earlier. Then I was told I would have to wait one month to get the part installed. When I complained, I was told I could drop off my car and borrow a loaner so that my car could get fixed more quickly. It's been three weeks, and no one has called. When I called today, they said they'd get right back to me with a date of completion. It's been hours and still no call.

Took my 2013 Kia Optima in for an oil change back in May 2024 I wasn't having any kinds of problems just needed an oil change. They first come trying to sell me things that I knew had already been done. Then try selling me another vehicle. After all of that they decided to change my oil. I started noticing my oil light fading in and out a long time before time to be change. I checked the oil and there wasn't any in it. The oil stick was dry. I put oil in until it registered full. It happened again oil light fading in and out no oil. I called Kia and the guy told me that my motor was under warranty. We took it in and told them that we didn't want anything done to it other then to look at it and tell us what needed to be done. They changed the oil and charged us after telling them no. They said that they needed to do that and do a test after driving 1000 miles. Took it back in this morning and they told us that it wasn't under warranty for oil consumption. They knew that was the problem before taking in the first time. They didn't even check it this morning. I will never deal with Kia again and I will be reporting it. I pulled it up on Google and there have been alot of Kia vehicles to do the same as mine.

Mclaughlin Ford service was very good, techs are courteous and friendly. They need to upgrade their customer waiting area to better accommodate folks waiting on their vehicles. There is only one table in the area with 4 chairs around and other chairs around the interior walls. There is no place to put a cup of coffee, etc., except on the floor or on the table with other customers. This waiting room needs to be updated and made more customer friendly.
