Not your typical preowned auto dealership. Fantastic location, huge space, very modern, very nice/clean full service facility. Professional and courteous staff. Haven’t purchased many vehicles in my life, but Eddy Lewin has got to be one of the best sales professional I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. His demeanor throughout was not too forward or pushy. His skill set was obvious because there was absolutely no pressure applied which made my experience a comfortable one. Thank You Eddy!

He was very knowledgeable about the items i wanted on 2024 F150 and was abe to fellow through and get everything ordered correctly and get all the accessories installed. Enjoyed very dealing with him also kept me informed on the process from it being bulit until it was finished and delivered to me. Also John in finance was easy to work with and got the deal done with fair pricing. I really enjoy doing business with Vern Eide and all the staff.

I will say Ryan S. was great to work with, talk with, and answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease and certainly didn't lay that salesperson pressure on to buy, buy, buy. I would recommend for people to check out Jerry's in Lennox, they are priced to go and are competitive with the large auto businesses. If you choose to finance - Joe C. did a excellent job at explaining how things work, the breakdown on things, etc. He made the paperwork seem effortless. As always superb friendly service. I had purchased the last vehicle directly through Brent but now I see they must of moved. I searched online to find new location he went too and saw some bologna feedback on here. My extended family and freinds have purchased a total of 36 vehicles over the years from Brent going way back when he first started selling and I wouldn't refer people that trust me too anyone else. Some of these comments defy logic to me when I've dealt personally with this man 16 times myself and NEVER had one thing to complain about. And believe you me I'm a hard customer to earn respect from for automobile dealerships before Iet this guy. "He was out of the office three weeks and couldn't sign anything so nothing was getting done" ? What the heck are all these other people working here for why should he personally have to do everything? obviously words spoken from somebody without even having enough intelligence for a cognitive thought at all. Like I said I bought a new Suzuki 11 months ago and I'm just posting this year cause I can't stand to see those kind remarks when I know better Phaedon try to remedy it I'd be just as guilty as the ridiculous party that posted it in the first place. Wherever he went I will follow and so will everybody who wants to be treated fairly with honest service after we give them our money.

Automax listed this minivan on the internet where i saw it. I called and the salesman was good to disclose some of the problems with the van so I knew what I was buying. He also assisted in delivering it by meeting me more than halfway when Ipurchased it.

I went to Granite Buick GMC with my daughter and son in law to buy a used car. Damien Calvert made the process as smooth as possible. He was very informative and polite, ensuring we felt comfortable every step of the way. We took the car for a test drive, and we were very happy with the way it looks and drives. We were a little worried about financing, but Jason Dymnicki let us know not to worry about it. He worked hard to ensure we got the best rate for them. I am happy with how everything worked out. I will recommend that my friends and family buy at this dealership.

I would avoid this dealership at all cost!!!! Read through all the reviews here and other places. They don’t practice a fair service. Seems that they sell vehicles that break down and don’t honor fixing them. My father in law traded 2 trucks to them last week. One was a Sport Trac and the other was a 2015 GMC Sierra. They low balled him and told him it only booked for $3900 and gave him $4000 and sold it two days later for $7900 almost 100% mark up knowing what they were gonna sell it for. Ok let’s move on. They proceeded to call and tell him there was an issue with the GMC and he needed to pay to fix it!! Have in mind all paperwork was done and complete. Knowing there was an issue they still sold one of the traded trucks. They said repairs were 4000.00 even on the money. I have never in all my years ever seen a repair be spot on to an even dollar amount. There was no proof of repair or proof of replacement. They are demanding $2000 from him and making threats of not completing financing. There has been different stories between father in law and mother in law from salesman Ben S…. I called and spoke with him and informed him it is a done deal and leave my father in law alone. He said well it’s not right to not take care of the bill. Well they had been driving said truck and who knows how it was driven and now call and demand money for repairs!!!! Look through all the 1 star reviews and tell me if it’s not the pot calling the kettle black!!! Very shady operation at this car lot!!! Take your business elsewhere because you may be the unlucky one to get one of their lemons that they won’t stand behind!!! One of the reviews didn’t even make it home from their dealership and that poor customer had to bring it to another mechanic to have it fixed. ***************STAY AWAY******************

After asking what the "internet price" was and receiving the same email with no answer I stopped correspondence. Really thought about buying the vehicle too but got sketchy vibes because all they kept doing is sending finance information. I even said i didn't need financing through them because my credit and still no "internet price".

I am very impressed with the detailing services provided with Motor Solution! The car was filthy!!! I am a germ freak and there was no way that I was going to get into that car. We heard about the detailing services and gave them a try. Sergey was very friendly and up front about everything including the cost. When we came to pick the car up it was spotless!!! Even this germ freak could get into it :) I would totally recommend Motor Solutions to anybody!!

I didn't even have a particular car in mind when I stopped here, but the salesman was so nice that I knew if I found a car, he was the one i wanted to deal with. Anyway, I found a really nice 2007 Honda and am absolutely thrilled with it. Mark answered all of my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he found it for me. This guy went above and beyond what I have ever experienced from a car salesman.
