Latest Tennessee Audi Dealer Reviews

When I went to Thoroughbred I was greeted by Solomon Holley. Solomon was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I have nothing but compliments to everyone at Thoroughbred. Even after the sale I was thanked for my business by one of the managers and was treated like royalty while I was there. I will make a point to refer everyone I know to Thoroughbred Motorcars.

It seems that not only does thoroughbred not like "rednecks" as presumed by the previous reviewer, this dealership doesn't like young attorneys as well. I have visited this dealership on four separate occasions hoping that I would eventually find some inkling of customer service only to be disappointed over and over again. Out of those four times, the only person that actually came up to me was a homeless woman who told me about her AIDS and showed me all of the needle marks on her arms. Needless to say, this was disturbing. After going into the dealership and asking for some help, one of the salesmen "allowed" (his words) me to go for a test drive. Unfortunately, the A4 convertible he let me drive was almost empty on gas and being in this particular neighborhood, I had to fill it up immediately. After explaining this to the salesman upon my return, he merely said "thank you" without any offer of reimbursement. I understand that I am 25 and did not drive to the dealership in a nice car, but does that mean I have to beg for service? Unfortunately, Thoroughbred is the only Audi dealer in Middle Tennessee, so I have decided to go to Mercedes of Nashville who has far better service.
