After getting them to give me a discount on the vehicle and beginning the paperwork signing, I found out that they had upped the interest to 7.49%! This stopped me in my tracks as I had opted for a new car instead of a used car due to the interest rate incentive. The financer (I can't remember his name) wrote up two different financing contracts at the price we had agreed on, one with the 2.9%, one with the 7.49%. After signing that (and with the understanding that they were just checking to see if I qualified with the company that was offering the 2.9%) I was told that they would not sell me the car at the price we had agreed on and at the interest rate advertised online. Despite having signed paperwork on this agreement, they sent me home telling me they would get back to me on Monday. The car I was looking at is in high demand, and the dealership seems to have the attitude of "we don't care if you're happy because if you don't buy it we'll just sell it to someone else." I have had friends that really loved their Mazda's and I was looking forward to this car, but due to my experience with this dealership, I would be hard pressed to ever buy a Mazda again. If this deal does go through, I will certainly never buy another Mazda from this dealership. Apparently when Benny told me "We can give you this price. You may not qualify for this interest rate." I was supposed to take that as "Because we gave you this price, you will not be eligible for this interest rate." The interest rate being raised makes my payment HIGHER than it would have been without the discount, and they end up with an extra $1200 in their pockets.

They tried to offer me only 5000 for my trade because it was a saturn and would not change their price on their car at all. Was treated very poorly and lied to. I will never do business with them and make sure to tell all you know BEWARE!!!
