2100 miles is all I had on the vehicle and the hatch latch broke and they would not fix it. Do not buy from them or have your vehicle serviced with them. They will not honor your warranty. This was on a Brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee with all the extras including the McIntosh stereo system. This was nearly 70k and they wouldn't even fix a latch. Wow... Service is not their forte. I had someone tell me after I bought it that their service department will rake you over the coals and I was not sure to believe them or not. I should have believed them.

I took my 2020 ram 3500 in with an oil leak around oil pan gasket. asked would be ok to have a few days. 2 weeks later called said parts should be in next day. should be ready around Jan 1. Called to check on the truck and said should be ready soon I said I was needing it to haul equipment service rep said tough luck won't be using it for a bit. called every couple of days checking on it. excuse that waiting on a bay to put it in. should be ready in a couple of days. then brush guard in way and aux switch wires in way. called several times with service guy not in or at lunch will call you back with never a call back. fast forward to week 7 after waiting on hold for 40 min they said truck in shop should be ready Thursday. friday called after talking to 2 different service dept guys should be done Friday. no call back about called Monday at lunch different service guy said still working on it. got a call Monday late afternoon said should be ready Tuesday morning by 10 Had to add oil and fluids still. No call so called at 11 said it's ready was getting ready to call. got there to pick it up on a warranty job and said I owe almost 600 because they had to take 4 bolts off brush guard. I raised a fit and final charge was 0. so it almost took 8 weeks to fix a warranty oil pan gasket then tried to charge almost 600 dollars not counting the truck I have been using not mine.

Our experience with Taylor Automotive was exceptional. If you need your car serviced they are the only ones I would consider in all of NW Tennessee. Kevin & Bud are great guys and took care of us; even giving us a loaner car while ours was being repaired!~ I look forward to going back and buying a truck from them....

Dropped my truck off with 3400 K Miles and a bad clutch on the A/C. on 7/18/25. I called on 7/24/25 and no one has even looked at it ! on 7/25 /25 I will be picking it up and taking my business elsewhere. Service advisor Mario Sosa. doesn't return emails I'm not seeing any reasons to do any business at this location. Greg M.
