Drove from Indianapolis to pick up a Audi A6 from a private seller in Memphis. Noticed it was low on oil so I took it in to Audi Memphis, they were booked out till mid April! A service consultant Jeff Massey said he could help me out, topped off all my fluids and had me in and out in 20 minutes!! Best of all it was no charge! These guys really helped me out of bind. Great friendly customer service here! A+ Thanks again for all your help!

they list a used bmw as cpo but they only change the oil based on what i have seen(..ie windshield seal and bottom tray coming apart) they dont check any other items even tho the web site for cpo says they check hundreed ? items.lol YOUR BUYING AS IS when you are given the paper work and the car is past org warranty you are asked to sign a buy as is --even tho IT IS A CPO veh. Re; service for my previous bmw in 2012. i decided to change the oil at 30k miles and what i saw in the oil filter tells me it had NEVER BEEN CHANGED.. it was 80% clogged and i have worked on cars for 40 yrs and never seen such a clogged filter.HOPEFULLY they have made better in recent yrs.

As silly as it might seem, the fact that my tailgate wasn't properly connecting and I wasn't able to fix it on my own was a huge stressor to me. Lino got my car in and out quickly and for a great rate. I would recommend carsmart and their car service center to anyone but I would encourage you to stop in and speak to Lino about anything you may need because he will figure out a way to make it happen for you.
