Special thank you to Jimmy Hardaway & Robert Gwynn that sold me my 2017 Toyota Sienna at Toyota Nashville North. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I left with a new vehicle. I went there just to look, knowing I probably couldn’t get a vehicle with my credit situation, and they made the process super easy! My trade value on my car wasn’t the greatest online but these guys made sure to give me what I needed out of my car. Definitely will be coming back when I upgrade to a newer Sienna. I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. We had a tire problem while traveling cross country in Bristol TN. Pulled off the highway at 5:45 PM and happened to notice the bay doors open at Toyota of Bristol. Walked in and asked the Service advisor Andy Mountcastle if they could help. They had my tire patched and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. What a top notch professional and friendly service team. I wish there was a dealership in Massachusetts as great as Toyota of Bristol. I highly recommend them.
