As a 66-year-old woman, I've had a lot of experiences with purchasing new cars throughout my life. My experience at Vandergriff Honda has been truly memorable. Right from the first turn into the driveway things were different. The salesman approached my vehicle to introduce himself. Jason saw I was driving a Honda and asked about my driving experience with this product. I love my Honda, but I wanted a new vehicle and I wanted to look at the CRV. The whole demo from driving the vehicle and full explanations of products offered was the best. There was no hard sell for unnecessary accessories. He clearly wanted to help me purchase a Honda with everything I wanted in order to make this a great driving experience. During the sale process, I never felt pressured to hurry up and sign. I was never pressured to finance or make any financial decisions that were not my preference. When the car was delivered to me, Frank Garza, the Service Manager introduced himself, went over the car with me and arranged for my Bluetooth phone connection. Before I left the dealership, every department that I may need future assistance from was introduced to me, I met people that I knew would be there to take care of anything that I might need further information or service on my new Honda.
When I received an invitation to a monthly get-together at Vandergriff, I took the opportunity to see what this was about. Just another cool way to meet all the managers of the departments as well as Charlie Evans, one of the partners who is totally responsible for this fantastic dealership. Jennifer, who heads up Customer Relations arranges for the Mexican buffet and everyone who attends gets a ticket for the drawings. Whenever you come to Vandergriff Honda, everyone goes out of their way to greet you, ask how they can assist you and gets you connected with the right person. Coffee bar, water, complimentary car wash after any service is just part of the Vandergriff difference. Everyone knows that Honda is the best product. I'm telling you today, Vandergriff Honda in Arlington Texas is the best place to purchase your new or previously owned Honda vehicle.

Brian Jackson was my salesman and he was great, very helpful guy. He also understood that my price was firm so he quickly made the deal final. Thanks to internet shopping! Brian had couple of back and forth trips but I have to say, It was pretty short.I will give him A+ on the sales approach he made.

Now let's talk about financing. Eventhough, I got my price, Chris from Finance put me through a higher Interest rate with different bank and not with Honda financing advertisement rate of 1.99% or 2.99% on all 2009 model. By the way my credit score was excellent so he made a lame excuse. His reason to not put me though Honda Financing ADVERTISEMENT RATE OF 1.99% OR 2.99% was that the advertisement couldnot be combined with any other discounts offered to me.I didnot buy that as it doesnot say anything on that advertisement or it would be a a false advertisement as it doesnot have any clause to it on the site.I felt that he kind of took advantage of me being a woman and going there on my own. But the price was good and what I wanted to pay so I went ahead and bought the car as I was planning to pay it off quickly.
