Celia Cruz did more than most sales representatives would to help me. I have very specific desires for the appropriate used car for my lifestyle and budget, and she worked hard to find multiple cars that fit my wishes. That was all before I even showed up at the lot. When I visited the lot, she had the cars ready to go and patiently spent most of a day helping me test drive and inspect multiple cars in addition to the ones she had pre-slected. Ask for Celia; she is the reason I recommend this dealership.

We needed a check up on my wife's car but it was going to take a few days because of the work load they had. Mark McCall who just happened to sell us both our cars was more than gracious. He set up all the hassling things it takes to even diagnose a problem and even setup a sweet loaner car. Which by the way is on the list of options for our next purchase. He went above and beyond. I'm unsure of the gentleman who worked on our car but he did so late past his required hours so we could have it back quickly

After having a terrible experience at Holt in Arlington a few years back, Holt Fiat had a car I was interested in..I went in, explained my experience and Manuel Hernandez expressed an excellent buy this round. I have to say I am impressed, they got me in the car I wanted, gave me way more for my trade in than I expected, leaving me with a minimum upside down cost. I had some additions made to the car I purchased, Manuel agreed to have that done for me for part of the buying deal. Him, the service manager, and the complete staff I have dealt with have went above and beyond, to stay in communication with me, and to me..thats a big deal. Glad I decided to give them another shot, I will definitely be back on the next car (as long as Manuel is there still). One of the best car buying experiences I have had, I am very pleased!

I had an awesome experience with the service department. They fixed my car in a timely manner and made my stay as comfortable as possible. While waiting I decided to wander the lot and the auto sales guy I delt with was a little too pushy (turn off).

At this point, I've only come in for scheduled maintenance. People are friendly. On one occasion, the shuttle driver took me home. Another time, i was given a rental so that I could get to work. They are always clear on maintenance recommendations and prices and I don't have to wait long to get an appointment.

Rusty Car - Bad car 02!
When to look at a 06 Ford Explorer that was advertised as great condition and clean. After looking at car fax and inspecting the car came from the north and was a rust bucked they had taken black spray paint and tried to cover it up! Do your homework if you shop here! But there salesman was helpful and not pushy.

My experience at your dealership has been less than desirable. I spoke to AJ once when I made my initial visit to the dealership. Where he got all of my information and what was claimed to be a "Car buying" process started. I was then told by AJ he had another appointment and saber was going to take over my information. Then however Joey came down and sat with me to go over options. He told me that he was going to make some calls to the bank and see what he could do. We made an appointment for me to come by around 4:30 the next day. I then got there and was not addressed until 50 minutes after I arrived. Then I was approached by Miguel, so at this point I have had 4 different points of contact throwing any type of buyer seller relationship out the window. Miguel then told me he was able able to do certain deals for me with certain cars but could not tell me which ones or give me the needed information. Miguel treated I awfully, as if because I didn't want to put a large down payment down that I was broke and unimportant. I have never been so embarrassed or disappointed in a sales team in my life. As being a sales manager for many years I'm applauded. I have no idea how you guys even have customers. The only saving grace you have is Joey, which isn't as great as he comes off to be. he has a great customer front, however cant follow up for anything. He must be spending his time with customers he anticipate have more funds. I have been completely placed on a backer burner. I was told Friday I would get a call Saturday which i did. However its now Tuesday and I haven't heard a peep. I have 0 desire to continue to do business here. I have no good things to say.

I bought from Ancira because I thought they would take care of me and I didn't mind paying extra. I was so wrong!!
They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems.
My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration?
I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.

Our experience at Alan Samuels fiat was very positive. All of the employees we dealt with throughout the day were professional and courteous. There was no pressure to buy something we didn't want or any sort of strong handed " steering" of our decision. We came in with an idea of what we wanted and left with a car that made us happy. Everyone from our salesman to the finance manager presented themselves as courteous and pleasant. We would definitely do business with them again in the future. Thanks guys :)
