Cody the best sales associate helped me find the exact car to meet my needs and really wanted me to be happy in what I bought. Darrin the guy in financing was so efficient and worked true magic to get me at the rate I needed despite my credit! Dominick the desk manager was also more than helpful! I'm so happy! Couldn't have had a better experience!!

We needed a check up on my wife's car but it was going to take a few days because of the work load they had. Mark McCall who just happened to sell us both our cars was more than gracious. He set up all the hassling things it takes to even diagnose a problem and even setup a sweet loaner car. Which by the way is on the list of options for our next purchase. He went above and beyond. I'm unsure of the gentleman who worked on our car but he did so late past his required hours so we could have it back quickly

2nd vehicle we've purchased from this dealership. Cullen Haley was outstanding. Thank you Mark Damm for taking the time to walk my daughter through the economics of buying and selling a vehicle. Very pleased with the quick in-and-out service and taking care of everything, from choosing the car, to test driving it, to paying for it, to taking final delivery of the vehicle after it has been detailed (and with a full tank of gas). Excellent place all around! I will be back for my third vehicle, but luckily my son is only 11 at this point! Octavio
BEWARE OF COURTNEY IN PARTS/SERVICE CENTER - texasfiat512
Courtney, a parts advisor, was absolutely terrible. I tried calling to get a spare key made and she was not having it. Polite as my phone voice was, Courtney's tone was pointed and rushed. I kindly asked her to reach out to the company I have paying for the key and she abruptly tells me " I won't call them. They have to call me"... OK, first of all CHILL. I can have that done, it's literally just a phone call. I have the company call Courtney's direct phone line, but she is so unwilling to help and, although I have them contact her, there was no resolve. She didn't budge. So at this point, I'm furious. WE HAVE THE PAYMENT READY, yet Courtney is unwilling to accept it for whatever personal reason. She didn't even bother to call me back. I had to call back. I don't know where she gets being so rude from, but it's certainly not acceptable or appreciated in this field of work.
I called back and spoke to Cassandra and let her know about my dissatisfaction with Courtney. I was ready to take my business elsewhere, however Cassandra is helpful and willing to listen. She tells me that they will call the 3rd party paying for the key and get this sorted out. Courtney still had to email me my receipt and even her emails were vapid. When I arrived to pick up my key, Courtney hands me the new key and tells me that I have to pay to get it programmed. WHAT? With all the straight to the point emails she had sent me, she never once mentioned that I would also have to have it programmed for an additional fee, which meant getting my 3rd party re-involved. All it would have taken was a simple explanation via email, but she neglects to inform me. I legit thought that after we had paid the $175 for the key we were ready, set, go! Nope. There's an addition $73 fee to program it. Whomp, whomp, whomp. The price was not the issue, but Courtney's complete lack of communication was deplorable.
This was my first experience with Fiat Austin and it truly deserved a one star review due to Courtney's salty attitude. However, I'll give credit where it's due and Cassandra shined through. Also, Craig in parts was very helpful and was able to speedily process the new payment for processing and had me on my way. If I have to get another part from this FIAT, I'll again request to work around Courtney or find another place.
14 hard credit inquires nightmare - Heather Coggin
We bought our daughter a fiat from clear lake.
We found out a few weeks later, they allowed 14 other companies to do hard credit inquires on our credit that all were dated for the same day we bought the car. We did not request or give authorization for more than one credit inquiry.
They refuse to help us get these hard inquires removed.
They have made our lives nightmares

I purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider in Austin just a little over 1 month ago. My first trip out of town was to Dallas for the Adele concert. So excited about it all. As soon as we got into Dallas we had car trouble with all kinds of instrument lighting going on. I am very happy to say it did not strand us on the busy I-35. But we could go no faster than 30 mph. Safely off the freeway, called for roadside assist, then I called Holt Fiat of Hurst as this was the closest business for this service. This was over 30 miles away. Around 4:30pm I called to tell them my situation and that I would need a loaner car. Had these tickets for concert since Jan. Marcus assured me there would be a Fiat 500 for our use. Due to 5pm traffic and distance we had to drive I was afraid we would not get the towing done by them closing at 6pm. So I called my Austin Dealership and they gave me the general managers mobile number. When "Mr" Dhruve, GM returned my call he states there was no car to loan. Well, do I need to tell you what I said after a brand new car breaking down in traffic, freeway, under 1,000 miles and it being my very first out of town trip??? He states this without even discussing it with anyone else as far as I know. I told him I was promised one by Marcus. Then I had a few more choice words for him. He then states "if he promised you one, then we will find one!" Happy ending, we got a loaner car thanks to Marcus and for Sean staying after 6p to see we got it. Oh, we got to dealership at 6:03. So kudos to great customers service from Sean and Marcus. Mr. Dhruve, I don't know how you ever got your title with your poor customer satisfaction. And this not so great rating was ALL due to "Mr" Dhruve.

I had an awesome experience with the service department. They fixed my car in a timely manner and made my stay as comfortable as possible. While waiting I decided to wander the lot and the auto sales guy I delt with was a little too pushy (turn off).

So I'm looking to buy a midsize luxury car, and I like sporty cars, so the Alfa Giuliani seemed like a car to try next to the Jag XE, BMW 328, and Audi A4. All he other dealerships I've been to were very nice, modern, clean and very attentive. This one looks like a dealership from 30 years ago. Okay, fine but the real problem was apparently no one wants to sell cars. Every other dealership someone comes by quickly having seen you checking out the car to ask what they can do for you. Not here. Two guys sitting at their desks, not looking up from the computers, no interest. The manager seemed to be avoiding the floor. After 10 minutes of nothing, I left. On the drive out I saw the shop. Are you kidding me? This is trying to compete with the big boys? No way I'd want a $40k car repaired in there.
Kept car for 4 days to tell me they won't touch it - David Howard Fuqua
After 4 days I was emailed stating that they would not work on my car because I had a Fiat authorized programmer that was installed by Fiat, they wouldn't even change the oil.

I bought from Ancira because I thought they would take care of me and I didn't mind paying extra. I was so wrong!!
They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems.
My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration?
I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.

At this point, I've only come in for scheduled maintenance. People are friendly. On one occasion, the shuttle driver took me home. Another time, i was given a rental so that I could get to work. They are always clear on maintenance recommendations and prices and I don't have to wait long to get an appointment.
