I had my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in for some warranty work. These guy’s especially Micah was top notch. They kept me informed of the progress on my truck. Had to wait a little longer than I wanted to but no fault of the dealership. I got my truck back and after a day or two I realized that a couple of things were missing. I called and there was no questions and the two parts that were missing were ordered. Haven’t got them yet but it was a no hassle, no questions ask encounter. I will definitely be using them again when needed and would recommend these guys for any and all your service needs.

Today we had our 5 day old GMC Denali Truck dashboard - New Truck Smell

Today we had our 5 day old GMC Denali Truck dashboard display start blinking. We took it to our dealership and requested the General Manager. We met and worked with Jeff. He and the service advisor William were able to not only get our new truck reprogrammed but do it in a timely manner. Must say, we were not happy about having this experience on a truck with 150 miles on it, but Jeff was very accommodating and understanding our concern. Thanks Jeff for working with us to fix our problem.

I never thought i’d say this, but i’m always excited when I go into Honda Gillman in Selma for ANY service my vehicle needs. Everytime I go Joel Aguilar always treats me like family, he is very thorough, what makes me come back to him is he is very honest and has LOTS of integrity. Thank you Mr. Aguilar for always taking great care of my vehicles needs and making her last! He is a very great asset to honda and ALWAYS puts his customers needs first!

The customer is always right. Not in my case. He covered up for his incompetent mechanic. Their incompetence could cost me my life because of a problem they created. The fuel pump gasket has slipped out when it was installed. I have spoke with multiple real mechanics that said there is no way the gasket will pop out unless it wasn’t installed correctly. Gas had leaked out inside the car and fuses could cause an explosion. Also they only twisted the positive and negative wires together on the fuel pump and that did not make the proper secure connection and burned the negative connection on the wire and the connection on the pump. As a service manager he should have stated that vehicle was not safe to drive, since they had only twisted the wires and not safely and properly secured the wires. Conclusion is gas leak and burning wire could have caused my death. I will advise not to have any type of service done at this location ever.

Hi I would just like to say that Granbury Nissan service department rocks , I took my truck in for service and they came back and said I had some problems with the front end, I told them to fix it and they had it done the next day , they are very professional and customer service is at its best I would not go to any other dealer ship.even though there is one closer to me I will drive further to get great service from a top notch dealer ship , thanks agin Granbury Nissan.

Love doing business here. Salespeople are straightforward with none of the expected slime techniques I've repeatedly found at other dealers. Service is very good; more than once I've brought my car in that other Mazda dealers have failed to repair and their repair crew nails the problem and fixes it. Services prices are reasonable and their techs are straightforward. Prices are pretty competitive for new cars; do your comparison shopping and walk in as an informed consumer and you'll do fine here.
