Worst service experience EVER! Dropped my car off for a recall issue on a Monday, never heard a word from my service advisor until Thursday when a text was sent to my relative (designated contact) to notify the parts were in (parts we were never told about) and then after my relative contacted them on Friday they said the car would be done that afternoon. I went to pick up the car, again never spoke to my service advisor, drove my car home. Two days later I get emails that my car had been transferred to service....and then one about pending issues they had identified. I already had the car home. No communication NONE! They did replace a part, under extended warranty, but I think only because my relative had to convince them. Now I have another issue that will require going to a dealer and there don't appear to be any local service centers with good reviews. UGH!
