Took my Kia in for oil change and tire rotation without an appointment, waited in very nice lounge with complementary snacks and about 90 minutes later got a freshly washed and served car. Very pleased.

I have visited this dealership many times over the years. Jim, in sales, has been very helpful in finding the bikes I needed. In fact, I bought my first Yamaha raider in 2008, through Jim's help. I sold it in 2010 on consignment through this dealership, because I needed some cash. In 2011, I bought a used 2009 raider S. The bike recently had a lifter problem, which would have set me back ~$900. I worked with Sean in service, who did an excellent job with the repair. In addition, he also spoke to Yamaha customer service because I had called the company and wanted them to cover the repairs for me. In the end, the Yamaha company covered the repair because the lifter problem is a known issue with 2009 raiders. Thanks to Jim and Sean, I have enjoyed trouble free riding over years.

Their service dept is the worst but unfortunatly I have to deal with them for another 4 years till my car is in warranty . Will not buy another Jag just because of this service dept and dealer. Had 2004 and now 2008 but not again. The next clsest dealer is in San Antonio but 1.5 hour drive bit too much.
