Service department is the worst, zero communication. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday, advisor Jake said he will call me back before the day ends. Jake never called back, I called him on Monday and left a message with Gaby. Jake didn't return my call. I called back Tuesday, couldn't get a hold of Jake. Receptionist Gaby said Jake was busy, left my contact information. Jake didn't return our call, called back and finally got a hold of Jake. He said the service truck that brings in the parts, broke down and service will be delayed for days. 2 hours later, we received a call from Desiree, she said that our vehicle was ready. We called Jake back to determine if our vehicle is ready or not, Jake said it's ready but Mission could not fix the issue. We asked to speak to a Supervisor (Matthew) or a Manager, we were told that no one was available and they are off for the week.

Worst customer service - golucki

Avoid Momentum Collision Center. They were supposed to deliver my car on Nov 23rd, then they moved the dates to 26th, then to Dec 6th and Kept moving the dates. They kept going back to Insurance for more money. Worse customer service from Joe Sonnier. Very rude. you will not get any updates. When we called to check the status, we got the answer as 'We will call you when the car is ready'. Look at their reviews at Yelp. I wished i had read them earlier. I had trusted Audi dealership but its the worst experience. Take the car somewhere else. They take months instead of weeks. Ours was not that much of a damage to take that long.

Lazy, lazy slobs. Returns car to you in either worse shape or no improvement at all. Damaged my car in a service visit, then took their mechanic's word over mine. I was going to buy a new Mini for my wife there, but after this experience, no way will that happen.

had truck worked on got it back within a week had problem again. They try telling me pulling a 19,000 lbs. camper was to much for a 3500 GM is a total liar and disgrace to the consumers. will never send anyone there for ANYTHING

I had the privilege of getting my chevy truck repaired and fix by their body shop. I believe the guy who helped me was Dustin Cole. He had unbelievable customer service and insured me that he will get my truck back to me in a timely manner. To my surprised he kept his word and exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for a great experience and great customer service.

Don’t walk, RUN!!! Had a vehicle that has been there for almost months. Service advisor James has done nothing but lie over and over and over and has made every excuse in the book. At least he was answering his phone, now he’s gone completely silent. I can assure you this is the last time I will ever do business here to include purchasing a vehicle which I have.
