The worst service experience, it’s been two weeks-no status as of today, not to mention I was sold a damaged car. In 30 years of buying cars, this has been the worst experience-ever!

Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

Oil & Filter Chg; Zactek Application; Fixed Cable - jerry

Reliable performed a standard Oil and Filter change and applied the Zactek paint protection. My vehicle looked great, both inside and outside, after the cleaning and applying the protection. I also had a cable that was hanging down under the car and it was repaired very neatly. The entire service call took about three hours and was completed very professionally. Excellent Service Department. Highly recommend Reliable Chevrolet for both vehicle purchase and service.

Service Dept. is terrible! They never called me know what they found when I took it in for issues with my 4WD.I went by and they said they could not call me as their phones were down.. mind you as I arrived they were standing outside talking on cell phones! I went by 3 times to find out what was going on with my vehicle and no one from service was there to help or could get on the phone and the sales guy- manager on duty- was rude! Their story was they could not follow up with me on a call due to phones being down at their location-When I said, "You all have cell phones!" he threw the paper with my information at me and said, " I can't help you- have a nice day"... Then- on top of all of that, They let my friend pick up the vehicle without even calling me to confirm he had permission to do so!!! REALLY????!!!! Terrible service! I bought the car from them... 2 months later I bought my son a new car- and I DID NOT buy it there!

Signing a contract is not the end of great customer service! - Sharree Lyons

Customer service before signing the contract was great (A+), but as soon as I signed that contract customer service went out the window (even with the so called General Manager). I requested a copy of the contract I signed and was told that only after I submit proof of residency is when I can receive it. (If you sign something, don't you deserve your copy?) All paperwork should have been handled before anything was signed and before I left with the vehicle, but that was not the case. I received rude and unprofessional dialect from top management due to me stating how unsatisfied I was with customer service. The car is great so its not a complete loss on the brand. Never again! I have all the emails and phone calls recorded as proof that I'm justified in my disappointment.

Do NOT go here if you are wanting to get warranty work done. Unless you can be without your vehicle for days. I had an appointment, dropped my car off at 7 am, and 11 hours later they still hadn't even looked at my car. I will never ever go here for any work or vehicle purchases in the future

Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldn’t come off I had to deal with Patrick so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now I’m dealing with Corey who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from. I’ve brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead it’s poor work and really bad customer service I was told by two of their employees it something they used now I’m have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now Corey wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by Patrick and my insurance agent this will be fixed. I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Don’t go here of your insurance company try’s to refer you here say no I’m also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .
