I’m grateful to receive consistent exceptional service at Huffines Lewisville Chevrolet. During my last service visit, I had several items that need to be fixed and repaired in my Traverse. I spoke with Chris Elliott and he got my appointment on the books and saw through the process of everything being taken care of. All of the items that needed addressing were taken care of and Chris went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I always bring my Traverse, who I’ve lovingly named, Trina, back to Huffines where I purchased 2 years ago. My routine maintenance is completed and they’ve kept my car operating and feeling as amazing as the day I drove it off their lot. I’m grateful to Chris and the entire staff at Huffines for their tremendous customer service. I went back to the same dealership after moving home back to Texas last year. I was welcomed and thanked for being a Veteran. I went back this year and its still the same down home atmosphere. The service advisor, Jermaine Huey, advised there was a recall on our Denali and got it taken care of along with the service I requested. Jermaine kept me informed on my truck and where it was and apologized when he felt it was taking a bit longer. I will continue to use AutoWorld for the service needs to my truck. There is another dealership maybe closer to my home, but I will keep driving the extra mile for the extra mile service. Thank you Jermaine.

I have brought my 2023 Chevy Tahoe in 4 times to get the radio and car charger fixed. I’m told that their is nothing they can do, but can call me when they get it figured out. Never heard of a dealer saying that. I brought it in and they tell me at 2:45 that the guy had to leave and didn’t want to help me. Never heard from the manager either. I have bought several Chevrolets and never been treated like this from Lone Star Chevrolet.

I bought my 2024 Silverado new in January 2025. From having the aftermarket step rails installed, servicing the Pickup, and having an electrical issue that was no fault of Chevrolet, Keating Chevrolet Dealership, or myself. It was handled. They worked me into the Schedule and made sure the Vehicle was going to be safe and run like it should. The Service Department is one of the best. The day before I took it in, it was 6:30pm and they answered the phone. Listened to me and determined that it was still safe to drive. Arrived this morning, told what I did which was check to be sure the battery was still charged, and then let the Mechanic deal with it. And the Mechanics at Keating are Excellent. So from Sales, Service, Parts Department which I've had excellent service from, and Chevrolet Support. You will be treated right at Keating Chevrolet.
