My family has been repeat customers at Southwest Infiniti for the past 10 years + but it's safe to say that will no longer be the case after the experience I had last week with the service department. Last Monday, I brought my 2015 Q50 in for a 4 wheel alignment service. While completing the service, they found that one of my control arm was in need of repair and due to this they could not complete the service. Yet, I was still charged full price even though they did not fully complete the service and when asked if I could bring the car back the next week after getting the control arm fixed, I was told that I would be charged again even though I never received the service that I paid for in the first place. This experience has been very frustrating and I have expressed my concern to the dealership but they have not been willing to resolve my concern. My only desire is to have a full alignment completed on my vehicle since that is the service I paid for; not a partial completion. As it stands today, the management of this facility agrees with collecting funds without providing the service. Therefore, if you were considering bringing your vehicle to this location for your needed repairs, you may want to reconsider. I would truly hate for you to have a similar experience since they are satisfied with charging full prices for doing half the work. It just appears that collecting the $400+ fee was more important to them than doing the right thing.

I had my vehicle worked on and everyone was very nice and helpful! I was in and out pretty fast.
