I went back to the same dealership after moving home back to Texas last year. I was welcomed and thanked for being a Veteran. I went back this year and its still the same down home atmosphere. The service advisor, Jermaine Huey, advised there was a recall on our Denali and got it taken care of along with the service I requested. Jermaine kept me informed on my truck and where it was and apologized when he felt it was taking a bit longer. I will continue to use AutoWorld for the service needs to my truck. There is another dealership maybe closer to my home, but I will keep driving the extra mile for the extra mile service. Thank you Jermaine.

Sales team is excellent. Service department, not so much. I had a scheduled appointment for tires to be installed. Dropped off the truck at 8 AM. Was told two hours it would be ready. I called after four hours and could not get a hold of the service advisor. Could not get a return call. I showed up in person. no work had been done at all. Koby stepped in and took over.Koby was excellent. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and effort. The previous service advisor was absolutely unprofessional, and should not have a job. The truck was returned to me with grass shavings on the seats, dirt and debris on the floorboards, soap residue all over the rims and tires. Greasy handprints all over the outside of the doors and bed. I spent an hour and a half cleaning when I got the truck back home. All in all…. I appreciate most of the professionalism, but was really disappointed with some of the aspects of the service work provided. .

Family Toyota makes you feel like family. Mat Herndon sold me my 2021 Highlander when it was new. Mat is not the typical sales person who forgets the customer after the sale. He still knows me and is always available if I need him. The Service Department is also great! As a woman, I am leery of car service repair shops taking advantage of me. I recently had an unusual issue with my A/C. Matthew Austin and Collin Baker were relentless to figure out what the issue was. They fixed it and the price was more than fair. These two have restored my confidence in car repairs… at least with Family Toyota. I recommend them with the highest degree possible. T.Ditto

Made my appointment through the recall website. Easy to schedule, but the confirmation screen thinks I have a GV-80 instead of a GV-70. (So does Sirius) I was met promptly and shown to the comfortable waiting room with snacks and water. No TV blaring in the waiting room, and before the promised time, my car was ready, including a courtesy wash and vac. Well done!
