I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received at Gulf Coast Chevrolet GMC regarding my vehicle, which has been in your shop since April.
During my recent interactions, I encountered unprofessional behavior from your service representative, Abby. I found her to be rude and disrespectful when I sought information about my vehicle. Furthermore, I was informed by Craig, the manager, that she had been instructed to close the ticket without providing any resolution or assistance.
I have made several attempts to reach the general manager, Craig, but have been repeatedly given the runaround, with claims that he is unavailable or in meetings. Additionally, when I requested to speak with a service manager, I was told he was on vacation, leaving me without any avenue for support.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has added to the stress of not having my vehicle. I believe that as a customer, especially with a vehicle under warranty, I deserve respectful and empathetic service. It feels as though I am being pressured to seek repairs elsewhere, which could potentially void my powertrain warranty.
I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a response outlining how you plan to rectify this situation and ensure that no other customers have to endure a similar experience.
