AWFUL. Avoid this place. My recent experience with this Vanguard VW, Austin Texas. Burnet Road. Recall service was thoroughly disappointing - communication breakdowns at every step, being shuffled between multiple representatives without accountability, missed deadlines without notification, and questionable repair assessments that contradicted previous service reports. Kept hostage on a tire problem. Throughout the entire process, I was left feeling undervalued and frustrated by the lack of transparency and professionalism. I strongly recommend considering Onion Creek VW instead, as several friends have praised their clear communication, consistent service quality, and respectful customer care - qualities that were noticeably absent during my experience here.

Prompt service with no problems scheduling and completing service. Would certainly visit this dealership again when in the area. Only issue was one of the valve stem caps was not replaced.

I usually bring my car at the 10k mark and my service history is in one place and takes the guesswork of what and when it was done. Service advisors are friendly and make sure everything is covered for repair. Plus they provide you with video of the service tech explaining the repair and recommendations. Robert Trevino, the service manager I deal with is an invaluable asset to the dealership and a gem of a guy. Totally customer service and satisfaction focused.
